eUnity: The Zero-Footprint Viewer Built for Every Specialty
Instant access to every image anywhere. eUnity delivers enterprise and diagnostic-grade viewing in the browser.
Unify your Image Visualization
One viewer for the whole enterprise. eUnity brings every image, from every department and source, into a single zero-footprint view that opens on any browser or device. Clinicians and radiologists work from the same complete imaging history, without a separate viewer for every silo.
eUnity is listed in Epic Connection Hub.
IMAGE INCOMPATIBILITY
Unify and standardize visualization across diagnostic and enterprise usage.
INCOMPLETE IMAGING HISTORIES
Deliver complete imaging histories via the EMR, no matter where images are stored.
WORKSTATION-DEPENDENT IMAGING
Give radiologists access to diagnostic tools on any browser or device.
Streamline your Workflow
The Intelligent Image Viewer
Zero-Footprint Access
Nothing to install, nothing to maintain. eUnity runs in the browser and opens on any device, so users get full image access without plug-ins or workstation setup.
Multi-Specialty Reading
One viewer, every specialty. Radiology, mammography, cardiology, and more read from the same enterprise image viewer, each with the toolset their workflow needs, against a single patient history.
Mammography and digital breast tomosynthesis are not intended for diagnostic interpretation on mobile devices. Mammography/DBT availability is subject to regional regulatory clearance.
AI Integration
eUnity displays results from your AI and CAD applications alongside the original study, including the name and version of the algorithm that produced them. Radiologists see AI output inside the reading workflow instead of a separate system, with no rebuild of your infrastructure.
Advanced Visualization Tools
Go beyond 2D with 3D, volumetric, PET-CT, and fusion rendering. Heavier studies stay responsive without moving work back to a dedicated workstation.
Cross-Enterprise Workflow
Read across sites, facilities, and systems from one viewer. eUnity routes the right images to the right user wherever they sit, so distributed teams share a single, consistent view of each patient.
Mobile & Remote Reading
Work from anywhere. eUnity gives radiologists and clinicians browser-based access from home, on the road, or across facilities, supporting teleradiology and after-hours coverage. For Mobile diagnostic usage only when a full workstation is not available.

Customer Success Stories
“I have been a remote radiologist for over eight years, and have worked on many different teleradiology mammography reading platforms. Mach7 has really nailed it! I was impressed with the functionality, and study download speeds were instantaneous.”

Frequently Asked Questions
-
What devices does eUnity support?
eUnity is zero-footprint: it runs in a modern web browser with nothing to install on the endpoint, so users reach studies from a desktop, laptop, or mobile device. Mobile use is intended for diagnostic review when a full workstation is not available. No image data or patient information is stored on the device, and communication is encrypted.
For the current supported browser, operating system, and mobile version matrix, and for minimum hardware specifications, contact your Mach7 representative.
-
Is eUnity FDA cleared?
eUnity is a software application that displays medical image data and associated clinical reports to aid in diagnosis for healthcare professionals. It is for professional and prescription use only.
Regulatory status and cleared indications for use vary by market. For current clearance documentation for your region, contact your Mach7 representative or Mach7 Regulatory Affairs.
Viewing pathology whole slide imaging (WSI) is for reference and referral use only, and is not for primary diagnosis. Mobile usage for mammography and digital breast tomosynthesis is for reference and referral only.
-
How does eUnity handle multi-specialty reading?
eUnity runs every specialty from one enterprise image viewer. Radiology gets hanging protocols and advanced visualization, mammography supports full reading including tomosynthesis, and cardiology, echocardiograms, and ECG waveforms view in the same environment. Digital pathology and whole-slide imaging are available as an add-on in the United States only; for reference and referral use, not for primary diagnosis. Teams work from a single patient imaging history instead of switching between specialty systems. Display monitors used for reading medical images for diagnostic purposes must comply with applicable regulatory approvals and with quality control requirements for their use and maintenance. Mammography and digital breast tomosynthesis are not intended for diagnostic interpretation on mobile devices.
-
How is deployment handled — on-premises or cloud?
eUnity is a server-based viewer that integrates with your existing infrastructure and supports on-premises, cloud, and hybrid deployments, so you can read where your images already live without re-platforming the viewer.
For supported cloud services, implementation timelines, professional-services scope, and infrastructure prerequisites, contact your Mach7 representative.
