How UM Health-West turned imaging access into patient engagement

University of Michigan Health-West serves more than 250,000 patients a year across 30 locations, including a 208-bed teaching hospital in Wyoming, Michigan. It is a nonprofit multispecialty provider and part of the state’s top-ranked health system. It also decided, some time ago, that the fastest route to a better patient experience ran through the imaging record.
