Volumetrics and growth curve, duplicate and orphan analysis, retention gaps and tiering opportunity, with a quantified saving attached to each. The counts come from reading the archive rather than from the last migration report, which is usually where the two numbers start to disagree. You finish knowing what you store, what it costs you and which retention rule is missing.

Migration Readiness
Format audit, proprietary-format risk register and object counts, priced as a plan. Includes the parallel-run carry you are paying on the legacy system today, which is the line most business cases leave out and the one that decides whether the move pays for itself. The output is a sequence, an object-level scope and a number finance can work with.

Research Data Readiness
What a governed extract of your imaging data would contain, and what it would cost to produce. Which studies carry the metadata a research or AI program needs, where identifiers sit across DICOM tags, burned-in pixel data and report text, and what your existing agreements and consents already allow. If your organization is being approached to license imaging data, this is the assessment that tells you what you hold before anyone else prices it. It ends in a roadmap and a governance model, not a data set.

Migration and Decommissioning
Legacy PACS and competitor archives move through a native migration engine with validation built into every transfer. You end up with an attestation pack and a legacy system you can finally switch off. Decommissioning is the step that gets dropped when a project runs late, which is how estates end up paying maintenance on an archive nobody reads. The switch-off date is set at the start and held to.
Managed Services
Remote administration of the estate against the service levels in your agreement. Routing rules, interfaces, tiering, patching and monitoring, on-prem or cloud. Most systems come to this because they cannot keep a PACS administrator. Coverage continues through holidays and resignations, and the runbook stays yours, so the arrangement is straightforward to unwind if you ever want it back in house.
Systems Integration
DICOM, DICOMweb and a configurable HL7 engine, plus an open API for whatever your team is building. eUnity is listed in Epic Connection Hub. Scope is written against your own interface inventory rather than a reference diagram, and mappings are documented as they are built, so the next change does not have to begin with archaeology.
Managed AI Integration
Results surface inside the reading workflow instead of a separate login, with the routing, triggering and audit trail managed for you. We integrate, operate and measure; algorithm performance stays with its vendor. That boundary is deliberate. We will tell you how often a model fired, on which studies and whether the result reached the radiologist. We will not tell you the model is accurate.
Training and Certification
Role-based onboarding for radiologists, technologists and administrators, plus an administrator credential. An undertrained administrator experiences good software as difficult software. Training is scheduled against go-live rather than delivered in a block months beforehand, and the credential is renewable, because the people certified in year one are rarely the people running the system in year four.
Client Success and Support
A portal for tracked issues, email for the routine and phone for the urgent, with severity levels set in your agreement. A named contact stays on the account after go-live, and we staff overnight coverage for North American customers. Escalation does not depend on you knowing who to call: the severity level in your agreement decides who picks up.
Regulatory and Validation
Validation evidence and change-control records assembled alongside the work itself, rather than reconstructed months later when your compliance team asks for them. The records come out of the same quality system the products are built under, so an audit pack is a by-product of doing the work rather than a project of its own.
Imaging Data Enablement
A governed path for imaging data to leave the archive for research, registry submission or an AI program, and a record of every study that did. We build and operate the extract and de-identification pipeline inside your environment, against the DICOM confidentiality profile your privacy office selects, covering the places identifiers hide in burned-in pixel data and report text. The data stays yours. Mach7 does not hold it, sell it or pass it to anyone else, and every release runs to terms your governance committee sets.
