Here’s How It Works
Bialogics seamlessly sifts through vast datasets to curate a list of exams perfectly aligned with your clinical requirements. This curated list is then seamlessly integrated with Mach7 and/or other AI solutions, facilitating the swift query and retrieval of exams directly from the Mach7 Vendor Neutral Archive (VNA).
By leveraging Bialogics’ expertise, we help healthcare organizations streamline the process of identifying relevant patient cohorts and also enhance the efficiency and precision of our AI evaluations.
How do Mach7 customers realize meaningful value through real world use cases?
A Mach7 customer is looking to evaluate various AI algorithms and wishes to use their data for the evaluation:
Step 1: Leverage Bialogics Clinical Intelligence tools to identify a cohort of patients that match very specific clinical requirements needed for the AI evaluation. Bialogics will identify a list of exams that match the clinical criteria – this list will be provided to Mach7 and/or the AI solutions so the exams can be query/retrieved from the Mach7 VNA.
Step 2: Leveraging Bialogics AI Performance tools, the exams will be processed by the AI algorithms and the output will be sent to Bialogics. Bialogics will compare the output with the diagnostic report for the exam and the results will be managed within Bialogics. Through realtime analysis using AI performance monitoring including Concordance/Discordance, Sensitivity, and Specificity, The physician can then compare how each algorithm performed on the selected exams.
A Mach7 customer is looking to track the performance of various AI algorithms:
Step 1: The output from the AI algorithms is extracted from the DICOM meta data by Bialogics in real time.
Step 2: Bialogics will compare the AI output with the diagnostic report and the results will be managed within Bialogics Concordance/Discordance and Sensitivity/Specificity tools.
Step 3: The customer can then track the data over time and look at how various devices, algorithms, and users perform.
