Mach7 offers two professional services program levels. Each service level is offered on an annual Service Level Agreement (SLA) contract basis.

Yearly Select Service includes:

  • Full Service Level Agreement (SLA) commitment
  • 24×7 remedial support
  • Access to Mach7 Support Portal and Knowledge Base
  • Bug fixes and enhancements through minor and patch releases
  • Access to maintenance release upgrades
  • Proactive monitoring and preventative actions
  • Services for configuration enhancements and system updates (i.e., connect new modalities, new PACS, new sites, etc.)
  • Professional Services to maintain system
    • Add/configure DICOM entities (modalities, destinations, workstations)
    • Add new rules for routing, archiving, workflow
    • Configure rules around data normalization
    • Services for configuration enhancements and system updates (i.e., connect new modalities, new PACS, new sites, etc.)

Yearly Enhanced Service includes:

  • All features of the Yearly Select Service program, and
  • A dedicated Mach7 Service Representative with direct phone access focused on servicing your account (includes all deployed sites)
