The Mach7 Communication Workflow Engine (CWE) uses a rule-based engine to define how DICOM studies move through your environment. A graphical interface makes every workflow easy to see and easy to manage, and normalization keeps data clean and standards-based, communicated to each destination exactly as that destination needs it. CWE is part of the broader Mach7 Enterprise Imaging Solution, and it can also run stand-alone as a focused routing and normalization tool that drops into the environment you already have.
Individual DICOM header elements trigger workflows, and nested Boolean logic lets you build very granular rules tailored to your requirements. Both public and private tags are supported, with processing rules applied at input or output to satisfy a destination’s transfer syntax or other constraints.
