Management Team

Rudy has 25 years of senior executive experience leading business units within multi-national corporations. His experience as a senior executive is highlighted by his 15 years with General Electric. Rudy was the GM of GE Healthcare's Southeast Asia Region. In this role, Rudy established key industry contacts that have helped to position M7T for growth. While at GE, Rudy also held other positions including Southeast Asia GM of the Consumer and Industrial business, GM of South Pacific GE-Toshiba Silicones, GM for GE-Toshiba Silicones Asia Pacific for Core Products, and GM for Asia Pacific Plastic Structured Products. As Chairman, Rudy oversees investor relations and setting M7T strategic direction.

Ravi is an accomplished image management professional with 14 years of experience in the detailed underlying technologies that drive medical imaging. Ravi is a DICOM and image workflow expert. He has accumulated his experience working for industry leaders GE Healthcare and Agfa Healthcare, serving as a radiology IT design consultant and a PACS implementation project manager. Ravi complements his image management experience with proven network and computer technology experience. As one of the two co-founders of M7T, Ravi has built the design philosophy and technical strategy for M7T's Keystone Suite. Ravi has a global market perspective derived from living in Singapore (home), Tokyo, Melbourne, Seoul and New Jersey. Ravi holds a Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
 

Dorothy brings with her extensive international and regional experience in financial management, human resources and administration. Her strategic planning abilities and prudent financial controls have helped the organizations she has worked for manage healthy cash flows and reap profits within months of her contribution. Her breath of experience is earned from working with MNCs where she has assumed in-country, regional and international roles in Europe, China and Singapore. She has held various leadership positions in finance, project mangement and business control in companies including Antalis, Gemplus, Supercoffeemix and Neptune Realty. Dorothy holds an MBA from Kelle University in Staffordshire, UK and a Bachelor of Accountancy from the National University of SIngapore. She earned her CPA in Singapore and Australia in 1997 and 2009 respectively.

Eric has 12 years of systems architecture and design, engineering, and management experience, with the most recent 7 years focused on medical imaging IT at IDX Systems Corporation, which was acquired by GE Healthcare in 2005. During his time at IDX/GE, he managed an engineering team and designed solutions for Centricity RIS-IC, One View, and ConnectR radiology and cardiology products. Eric's team focused on medical imaging workflow and interoperability across disparate RIS, CVIS, PACS, and reporting solutions. Eric brings strong software engineering techniques, a solid understanding of R&D processes, and excellent medical imaging domain skills to M7T. Eric received his Bachelors of Science degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech) where he earned a degree in Management Science & Information Technology with a specialty in Decision Support Systems.

Tony has a proven history of success in each of his past roles. He has over 20 years of software development history, much of which has focused on the move to digital imaging in one form or another. His 11 years as a software engineer and software architect at IDX and GE Healthcare provided the strong basis in healthcare imaging integration using both HL7 and DICOM. During his time at IDX/GE, he spent 5 years on the IHE Radiology Technical committee, and drove the adoption of IHE integration and workflow through the RIS-IC product line. This broad integration/workflow experience continues today, using that knowledge to solve problems for customers on a regular basis in his new role. Tony received his Bachelors of Science degree from the University of California, Irvine, where he earned a degree in Computer Science.

John has more than 20 years of diverse experience in clinical areas including surgery, radiology, pathology and cardiology. As a healthcare professional, John has a unique background beyond hospital management and college teaching which includes working in sales and business development with Fortune 500 companies Hewlett-Packard, GE Healthcare and McKesson. Most recently he worked in a leadership role with maxIT Healthcare where he developed and managed a mulit-million dollar consulting practice with a specific focus in early strategy and roadmapping in preparation for enterprise imaging implementation. In his role as GM of Sales and Marketing, John will be primarily responsible for expanding the M7T market in North America and developing new strategic global markets. John has a BS in Business Administration and an additional degree in Allied Health Technology.
