Job Description
The Sales Professional must have proven sales success in the image management IT market and be energetic, hard working, hands-on and self-motivated. This individual should demonstrate excellent sales skills. The right candidate can expect to be rewarded for performance and successful results. A successful candidate will be one who is tactical in the hands-on execution of our sales strategy; one who can attain sales goals; and one who can contribute to enhancing sales processes.
The individual selected for this position will help to ensure Mach 7 Technologies brings innovative, high quality software solutions to market on-time and on-budget in support of revenue growth. This is a prime opportunity if you want to contribute to the growth of a high-potential healthcare IT software venture.
Responsibilities
- Direct Selling
- Develop relationships with the technical thought leader as well as the decision maker.
- Must be able to demonstrate product capability and respond to technology questions establishing technology confidence with the prospect.
- Sales Channel Management
- Develop new sales channels that increase unit sales volume.
- Provide product and sales strategy education to channel partners.
- Value Add Solutions
- Work with customers to understand the customer’s challenges and business drivers.
- Develop new “use case” solutions that build value for the customer/prospect (and Mach 7).
- Senior Level Relationships
- Develop senior level contacts. Educate the customer about Mach 7 solutions.
- Work in concert with Mach 7 executives and the channel partners to build these relationships.
- Account Coordination
- Coordinate account activity.
- Facilitate sales and support activity by involving the appropriate personnel, executive, professional services, and marketing in customer activities.
- Agreement/Contract Negotiation
- Lead the negotiation of sales agreements in coordination with your Management.
Other Information
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, business management, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience selling PACS is required.
- Strong knowledge of medical imaging industry standards DICOM, HL7, IHE Profiles
- The ideal candidate will have an IT entrepreneur’s passion.
- The right candidate should be motivated, diligent and a fast learner.
- Mach 7 Technologies operates as a virtual company, allowing you to work from your home office.
- This job requires the candidate to travel domestically and in Canada.
